• Raise awareness and support for groups that work to improve the human condition for those who suffer in isolation and darkness.

• Make every effort to approach material authentically, responsibly, and respectfully, including bringing in guest speakers, advocates, or representatives of the causes we support for education and training nights with the cast related to the issues being explored in the production.

• Educate ourselves, our audience, and our collaborators on ways we can make a positive impact on our communities and the world around us.

• Provide learning and mentorship opportunities for student and emerging artists.
